Private Health Fund claims

All of our Acupuncturists are AHPRA registered and eligible for Private Health Fund claims. Our clinic also provides the complimentary service of on-the-spot claims via Hicaps. Please inquire with your specific health fund directly if you'd like to know your individual level of cover.

Concession

Although we don't receive any subsidies, we are honoured to provide a $15 discount on our Acupuncture consultation fees for: Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander people, Refugees, Asylum Seekers, and Health Care/disability/carer/service/pensioner concession card holders.

We require minimum 24 hours notice for all appointment changes / cancellations.

If you change / cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, we reserve the legal right to charge a reasonable cancellation fee that reflects actual costs incurred by our business, and you will be charged the full cost of the treatment. Our full cancellation policy can be read here.
