Private Health Fund claims

All of our Acupuncturists are registered with AHPRA and treatments may be eligible for Private Health Fund claims.  We also offer the convenience & complimentary service of on-the-spot claims via Hicaps.  As levels of cover vary between insurers and policies, we recommend contacting your health fund directly to confirm your individual rebate entitlements.

Concession

Although we don't receive any subsidies, we are honoured to provide a $15 discount on our Acupuncture consultation fees for: Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander people, Refugees, Asylum Seekers, and Health Care/disability/carer/service/pensioner concession card holders.

We require minimum 24 hours notice for all appointment changes / cancellations.

If you change / cancel your appointment with less than 24 business hours notice, we reserve the legal right to charge a reasonable cancellation fee that reflects actual costs incurred by our business, and you will be charged the full cost of the treatment.
